Siva Constructions was founded by Mr. Alla Siva Reddy three decades ago. Sri Alla Siva Reddy is one of the most respected figures in the construction industry. He is a builder with a clear vision and unshakable integrity. While there are many leaders with good ideas, very few can actually implement those ideas and make a significant impact. He is one of the rare individuals who can, and the projects he has executed have made an enormous difference in the quality of life for many people.
With his extensive experience in construction, he has not only provided affordable homes but also fundamentally changed lifestyles through his prestigious gated community projects in the heritage cities of Amaravati and Guntur. He has held leadership and senior advisory roles in various industry bodies, including the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI).His commitment to excellence and bespoke ambitious projects stands as a testament to his courage. Mr. Nagarjuna Reddy Alla holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research, Pune.
He is passionate about emerging technologies and their application in the construction field to achieve the goal of sustainable development. As Managing Director, he has played a pivotal role in completing prestigious projects undertaken by Siva Constructions at affordable prices for customers. Although he is the son of the founder, his work style and collaboration with employees are a testament to his commitment. His approach to engaging with clients and customers is a craft in itself.
He has been an active member and has held responsible officer positions in CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India) at both the Guntur and Andhra Pradesh levels. CREDAI focuses on promoting real estate development in an ethical manner while protecting the interests of all stakeholders.
